• Where is the store based?

• CD INFO - PLEASE READ

  As of Sept. 2022:
  CD orders -- Reminder from the FAQ section, some of our CD's are "glass-masters" and some are short-run CDR. For the CDR's we use professional grade "silver/silver" discs. We also had a state-of-the-art CD printer to go with them when we first launched short-run CD albums way back when. It began having issues though. We found work-arounds for several years, but it finally died in 2020. I bought some other printers, but they require a Windows 98 computer to run. My last Win98 computer is acting up lately, and some days it works fine but other times it just won't print anything. In those cases I will sadly have to resort to using a Sharpie, but the discs are still high-quality 'silver/silver' style. Just an FYI.

• Shirt sizes, colors, styles?

  We have a lot of the shirts in stock but some are print to order and we use a local, Chinatown-based company. Through our relationship with them we can get you most shirt designs in just about any size, color, or style. If you don't see what you're looking for on the site, use the contact form to let me know what you're interested in and we can discuss options. Cheers.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please also keep in mind that this is basically a one man show and I have 4 kids. I try to get orders handled in no more than a few days but sometimes I may need a week or so. Sorry. mahalo.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!
  Shipping rates are higher, and the post office seems to raise rates fairly frequently these days, but we fill all orders from almost any place.

• International shipping?

  We do offer International orders, however... the rates continue to rise. We have to cover the costs or not sell outside the USA. Sorry about the high prices but at least it is an option.
